The Agritourism Il Monticello, surrounded by the vineyards and the olive tree groves of our farm, offers an evocative view over Sarzana city centre and its hills.

Antonietta and Pierluigi, the managers of the agritourism, will welcome you in a friendly, warm and careful manner.

We offer 5 accommodations: a two-room apartment, two studio apartments and two double rooms.

Just 5 minutes away from Sarzana city centre, with free Wi-Fi, private parking, vast garden with beach chairs, pergola and barbecue, the Agritourism Il Monticello offers both the quiet and peace of countryside and ease of travel to our surroundings: Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Versilia, Pietrasanta, Lunigiana and, in less than one hour drive, historical cities like Genoa, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Parma.

This recently renovated house, with its typical Ligurian sober and rural style, has always been a property of Neri family.
The bright and spacious rooms are independent and equipped with all comforts.

A farm since 1983, it uses only biodynamic techniques and produces wine, grappa and oil. One of its most known products is Vermentino.
